The Brenham Housing Authority is the proud owner of Northside Terrace Apartments. The apartments are dedicated to housing seniors and persons with disabilities above the age of 62.

Northside Terrace Apartments is a nice, quiet, neighborhood that is made up of 50 apartment units. The apartments are 1 bedroom with approximately 700 square feet of living area.  The amenities include central air and heat, a nice yard, mowing included, and various events throughout the year.
